This is a mixture of equal parts juice and water with ice added. The taste is refreshing and sweet, but you don't get as much sugar as you do from regular pop. Plus, it is sugar from fruit and not from corn sweeteners.
Changing one eating habit at a time is a healthy way of helping your body to adjust to the changes you intend to make in your diet. When you mix a juice cocktail for yourself and not realize that you have done so until you start to drink it them you will know that your eating habit has changed.
